Digital Action Research and Transformation (Year 2)
About
This second year of DART allowed us to engage museums and galleries across Canada (as far as the west coast!). We ran the same program as Year 1, but had the opportunity to share reflections on those first year of projects and help mentor in new and more bespoke ways, including more training options for participants with needed tools they wanted to use in their experiments.
Process
We kept the same workshop process as Year 1 (and our pilot), but we went for 5 workshops, to ensure we weren’t overloading participants with long sessions, and instead focused on giving them more time for experimentation, which was a great benefit as it meant they could go for slightly larger and more involved projects and test things out through iteration.
